The Audi squad will be very well represented in the Blancpain GT Series this year. No less than three Audi Sport customer racing teams have announced plans to enter the SRO organised series with Audi R8 LMS ultra cars.
Team Park Racing from the UK will be back to the Blancpain Endurance Series. It will be their second straight season with the Audi R8 LMS ultra after showing great peformances last year in the Gentlemen Trophy. Ian Loggie and Julian Westwood will be behind the wheel of the British Audi entry.
ISR Racing Team from the Czech Republic will do the full Blancpain GT Series this year. The team announced this week that brothers Anders and Thomas Fjordbach will race together in Blancpain Sprint Series and will enter the Blancpain Endurance Series as well.
Belgian Audi Club Team WRT will enter the full Blancpain GT Series aiming to defend their 2014 titles. Three Audi R8 LMS ultra cars will compete in the Blancpain Endurance Series. Four Audi R8 LMS ultra cars will race in the Blancpain Sprint Series.
