The 2013 Audi R8 LMS ultra is the latest version of a successful R16

Audi Sport customer racing released a photo-shoot set at the beginning of the year, which depicted the 2013 Audi R8 LMS ultra in its original specification, that being with the new rear diffuser. Last week they released
another set, this time featuring a plain silver 2013 Audi R8 LMS ultra in the
final 2013 homologation, that with all of the new 2013 components, minus the
new rear diffuser, as it is fitted with the older R8 LMS / ultra diffuser.

The photos below are from the two above-mentioned photo-shoots. The corresponding photos have been placed together. On the left/on top is the original 2013 R8 LMS ultra and the final homologation version is on the right/on the bottom. The cars are virtually identical, the only difference being focused at the rear, with the two different types of diffuser.
