The first 2012 Audi Le Mans on board video has landed on Youtube. As is
normally the case various Le Mans videos comprised of sections of television broadcast
footage gets uploaded to YouTube during race week. The first Audi on board is just one such video. It is from the German broadcast so it does unfortunately
have commentary in the background but it is the first look onboard the Audis
for everyone who cannot see the broadcasts live. You can clearly see the #1 Audi R18
e-tron quattro with Marcel Fässler behind the wheel driving at pace around
the circuit. The “whistling” hybrid system can also be heard in the video.
