Action has started at Hockenheim for the new Audi TT single-make series. 23 drivers took part in the Thursday practice session with very competitive lap times.
Dominik Peitz lead the field with his #26 Audi TT. The German driver set the best time in the session with 1:50.794.
Marc Coleselli from Austria was second fastest with his #40 Audi TT. He was only 0.052 behind Dominik Peitz's time with a personal best of 1:50.846.
Third place went to Nicolaj Møller Madsen from Denmark. The driver of the #17 Audi TT set a personal time of 1:50.895.
The Top 5 is completed by Dennis Marschall (#27 Audi TT) in fourth place and Loris Hezemans (#50 Audi TT) in position five.
The Audi TT drivers will be back on track on Friday for the qualifying session.
