The 1980s were the golden era of rallying with the monstrous Group B cars. These beasts did not only compete in the FIA World Rally Championship but they also featured at the famous and demanding Pikes Peak International Hill Climb event in Colorado, USA. Here is a look back to one of the most challenging and fierce battles between two giants of the sport, the Audi S1 quattro and the Peugeot 205 T16. Two great European rally racers challenging the "Race to the Clouds" with the S1 quattro victorious in the end.
