Audi Sport Team Joest has entered two new 2014 Audi R18 e-tron quattro cars at the test session, the same two driver combinations that are entered for the full 2014 FIA WEC season.

The #1 Audi R18 e-tron quattro is driven by Tom Kristensen, Loïc Duval and Lucas di Grassi. The sister #2 Audi R18 e-tron quattro is driven by Marcel Fässler, André Lotterer and Benoît Tréluyer.

Audi topped the first test session and then set the second and fourth fastest times during the afternoon and night sessions.

The fourth session on Saturday morning concluded with the #1 Audi R18 e-tron quattro setting the fastest time, a 1:43.017. The duo of Porsche 919 Hybrid cars were second and third (#14 and #20). The two Toyota TS 040 - Hybrid cars sandwiched the #2 Audi R18 e-tron quattro, as the #8 Toyota was fourth fastest, ahead of the #2 Audi and the #7 Toyota. The top six were separated by 1.052 seconds.
