FIA WEC: A look back at the 6 Hours of Bahrain 2012 race

The FIA World Endurance Championship is heading to Bahrain for the last event of the 2013 season. Audi already secured both LMP1 manufacturers' and drivers' titles and took no less than six overall wins in seven races.

At Sakhir Circuit Audi Sport Team Joest will field a pair of R18 e-tron quattro cars. The #1 Audi for André Lotterer, Benoît Tréluyer and Marcel Fässler. The newly crowned FIA WEC world champions Loïc Duval, Allan McNish and Tom Kristensen will share the sister #2 Audi.

Below are the highlights of the 2012 race in Bahrain. Audi scored a fine 1-2 victory in the desert with a night time finish after a thrilling battle with arch rivals from Toyota Racing.
