The 2013 International GT Open season will conclude at Barcelona in two weeks time with at least three Audi R8 LMS ultra cars.
Team WRT from Belgium already announced their plan to enter the GT Open fianle with a single car effort. Now it is the turn of Team Novadriver.
Already crowned at home with a back to back titles in the Portuguese GT Championship and doing well in the FIA GT Series (Pro-Am), Novadriver will field a pair of Audi R8 LMS ultra cars in Catalunya. GT Open is not stranger for Team Novadriver having raced there many times in combined events with the Spanish Iber GT. This season the team took part to two events at Portimao and Jerez with strong performances and results. Last year Novadriver clinched the Iber GT title at Barcelona finale with their driver Mikko Eskelinen.
The driver line-ups are not announced yet, but for sure Novadriver is aiming high against a healthy GT field formed by Super GT cars (GTE) and GTS cars (GT3).
