JB Motorsport arrived confidentially at round three of the Swedish GT Championship, after having won the first two rounds at Knutstorp and Mantorp Park.
Round three was held at the tight Göteborg circuit. Team owner and
driver, Jan Brunstedt, drove the Audi R8 LMS this weekend. At round two he shared
the car to victory with Christer Lindholm.
Brunstedt qualified in third position and moved up during the race. It
was a difficult race in wet conditions, but Jan Brunstedt drove very well and
brought his R8 LMS home for another race victory. Jan Brunstedt remains
unbeaten so far this season, and the clear leader overall in the series points.
The next round of the Swedish GT Championship will be held at
Anderstorp in August.
