Prosperia C.Abt Racing will compete in the ADAC GT Masters this year. The Chrisian Abt managed Audi Sport customer racing team is fielding a pair of Audi R8 LMS ultra cars in the demanding German GT series.
Two very strong driver line-ups will be among the best of the field and front runners for the title hunt. The first car will have René Rast and Christopher Mies. Rast is a two time Porsche Supercup champion and 2012 Spa 24 Hours winner with Audi. Christopher Mies has been racing for Audi since 2009 and has won both the FIA GT3 and Blanpcian Endurance Series titles with the R8 LMS. The sister car will be in the hands of Christian Mamerow and Christer Jöns, both drivers are very experienced with the Audi GT3 racer.
Prosperia C.Abt Racing was at Oschersleben last week for the annual ADAC GT Masters test day. The season opener will take place at Oschersleben on April the 27th and 28th.
